John K. Davis has been deaf since I
had rubella. He graduated from
Louisiana
School
for the Deaf (LSD) in May 1978 and
Gallaudet
University
with a B.S. in Business Administration: General Business.
He got his first job with the State of
Louisiana
; Office of Student Financial Assistance and has currently
his promoted job with the State of
Louisiana
; Department of Revenue. My title is Information
Technology Programmer Analyst.
He is married to Donna Marie Landry and has three
children who are
Rosa
, 16 years old, Vincent, 14 years old, and Julia, 13 years
old. He has also been active in Baton Rouge Association of
the Deaf and Southwest Deaf Golf Association (SWDGA). He
is now a chairman of SWDGA Hall of Fame. He is working and
developing the Hall of Fame Point System.
