Covello was born deaf to hearing parents in the Cajun
Country of South Louisiana.
Graduated from L.S.D. in 1964.
Four children: Joseph Jr, Dominick, & Charo and
Cher. Three grandchildren: Kaly and Kirk, & Kaleb.
Graduated from Lee College with Phi Theta Kappa (Honor Student) in 1973.
Retired from Federal Civil Service in 2003 (Working for 22 years.)
Married to Joe Covello from New York City.
